Book Club Resources

Bellingham Public Library offers a variety of resources for sharing books as a group experience. Individuals are invited to join the Library’s monthly book discussion group. Book Clubs can reserve a “kit” containing 10 copies of the same title to share with their own group on a monthly basis. Click on the tabs below for full details.

Bellingham Reads is an open book discussion group facilitated by a Bellingham Public Library staff member. Click here for the 2024 list in the catalog. The catalog list is also printable. Scroll down to the bottom of the list and click on the small printer icon at the lower right of the page.

Book Club Kits must be reserved using KitKeeper software. Please schedule your kit pick-up at least a couple days in advance to ensure that staff have time to prepare it for you. They check-out for 32 days. Each kit contains 10 copies of a title and a reading guide with questions.

You can also view a list of kits in the catalog. When you see a kit of interest, click on the link to reserve it and it will link you to KitKeeper. Once in KitKeeper, you can click on the Welcome/ Help tab to learn more about how to use the software. The video below also shares tips for finding and reserving titles.

This short video covers how to use KitKeeper.
