The Big Read:
Whatcom READS!
The Big Read: Whatcom READS! is a
community-wide reading and discussion program to encourage all Whatcom
County residents to enjoy the same book. In 2009, the book was The
Absolutely True Diary of a Part-time Indian by Sherman Alexie.
Tobias Wolff's Old School has been selected for 2010. Wolff
will visit Whatcom County on February 8, 2010.
