Relay for Life of Whatcom County is an international fund raiser sponsored by the American Cancer Society. Library users are encouraged to come experience Relay for Life, and see first-hand how an idea started by one man who ran around a track for 24 hours in 1985 has grown into an activity involving over 4 million participants around the world.
